Dr. Eva

Eva Quach, DC

CEO, Gonstead Chiropractor

Dr. Eva graduated from Life Chiropractic College West as a Doctor of Chiropractic with Magna Cum Laude and the highest honors for clinic adjustments. She also specializes in adjusting and rehabilitating the extremities including the TMJ, shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee and ankle.

Dr. Eva grew up in Sacramento, CA.

Ever since she was a child, she had always dreamed of working in the healthcare field because she loved science and helping people. She has always loved being outdoors and active. Throughout high school and college, she loved dancing and playing various sports such as tennis, volleyball, cross country, and basketball.

Eva has also always loved board games, puzzles and escape rooms. This was perfect because she realized that everyone was a puzzle especially when it came to their health! We have so many components in our lives that affect us in different ways and change us. Dr Eva believes providing holistic care is the key to figuring out the root cause of the problems affecting our health!

She went to UCSD and received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology.

During that period, she researched all the holistic healthcare positions she could and fell in love with chiropractic care.

During her free time, she loves taking her pup, Stormy, out on adventures to the beach or on the trails. She also loves shooting hoops and playing games with her friends

Dr. Kevin

Kevin Do, DC

Clinical Director, Gonstead Chiropractor

Dr. Kevin was born and raised in San Jose, California. Before pursuing his degree, Dr. Kevin studied at Cal State East Bay majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. He graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA.

Dr. Kevin first decided he wanted to become a chiropractor after he himself suffered from debilitating neck pain and elbow pain after a weightlifting injury that hindered his ability to lift weights effectively. In pain, Dr. Kevin first sought out help from multiple providers, but he still experienced debilitating neck and elbow pain. Then he went to see a Doctor of Chiropractic where he experienced relief and correction of the underlying cause. It was from that point where he was left with a lasting impression of chiropractic because receiving chiropractic care allowed him to return to his normal activity.

As a former athlete on the varsity swimming and diving team in high school, avid cyclist, and currently training in Olympic weightlifting, he continues to challenge his body against the physical demands the sports require.  During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog Stormy, playing board games and training with friends.

Garrett Woo, DC

Gonstead Chiropractor

Dr Garrett was born in Taiwan and raised in the Bay Area.

Dr. Garrett graduated from Cal State East Bay with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise, Health and Wellness. He graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West.

During his undergraduate studies, he worked at a physical therapy office as a rehab aide where his focus was to assist patients with their rehab modalities. This is where Dr. Garrett found his passion in helping patients get better holistically.

Dr. Garrett first saw the benefits of specific chiropractic care in his mother. His mother used to suffer from sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome for years. She tried every form of care from massages, laser therapy, physical therapy and even surgery to help with her pain with no relief in sight. It wasn’t until she went to a Gonstead Chiropractor that she instantly received the relief that she was looking for. This inspired Dr. Garrett to pursue chiropractic over all other fields of healthcare.

Dr. Garrett specializes in taking care of athletes. He loves the competitive nature and passion that comes with high level sports. He aims to help other athletes reach their optimal potential and function. Dr. Garrett played competitive baseball and wrestling in high school. In college, Dr. Garrett played competitive volleyball.
